anyone one? roughly?

I need to get someone to do a chorus for my single off my album, he would go best with the beat so im trying to find out if it would be possible

i dont really hear him on too many peoples stuff other than strange music releases so im not even sure if he does hooks for other people



any information i can get will be helpful

Best way to find out, if your serious about it, is to contact Strange directly. He does do hooks for artists outside of Strange, even the rare case of ones without Tech. Such as Partner In Chryme's "Killa Cap Peala"

True, but Potluck is a little different of a story though. They already have a good relationship with Strange, while a group like "Partners In Chryme" don't exactly have that "in" which would be more the case with the original poster.

damn thats pricey for just a hook... i guess it also depends on how many bars hes doin for it, and as was said, who he's doin it for... but that's real pricey for a Krizz Kaliko hook, he aint THAT well known...

i would think if you are seriouse about your music, and are going to press it and such 2,500 isn't alot. niggaz like kayne and lil wayne and shit want half a million to burp on a track.

Doesn't a Brotha Lynch verse go for 3500.....and Lynch got a lot more name recognition than Krizz.....i would say its prolly close to $1000 for a hook......maybe $2500 to $3500 for a verse and a hook.....iono...pure speculation.....call Strange Music.....

in my honest opinion, anybody on a small label tryna make a name for themselves, who would pay more than $1500 for a guest artist with the name recognition of Kaliko to do JUST a hook, is flippin insane... there was a thread a while back where Newsense of Psychodrama was tryna sell verses for 2 grand, and muthafuckas (myself included) clowned severely on her for that... Kaliko may have slightly more name recognition than Newsense, but still... it's just a hook..

but hey, I gotta look at it this way too... if you're dedicated and you TRULY believe somebody would be perfect for your track, and you got the dough to shell out... by all means, follow through on what you think is best for your music..
