I'm thinkin about gettin some creatine to enhance performance and muscle mass.. but at the same time, I dont wanna be some bulky ass dumpling waddling around. I just wanna get a little more cut and defined.

I been hearin creatine is good for that.. so if anyone here has used it, please share your experience/results. did it promote bulky muscle gain or lean muscle?

use creatine and protein..personally i just use protien. keep in mind that you wont grow unless you change your diet. there is alot more that goes into losing wieght or gaining muscle than just excercising. make sure that you get plenty of rest, remember you grow when you are resting not when you are in the gym. i suggest that you hit up this site bodybuilding.com the message boards on there are the shit, practically every question you can have has already been answered...

Creatine is a cell volumizer, and a very temporary one. It increases your muscle mass for as long as you take it, and then you shrink back down to size as soon as you discontinue use. It gives you a noticeable difference. Eating protein allows your muscles to grow larger, creatine simply lets your cells hold more water to expand.

You probably won't see many changes cause your doing it all wrong.

This is what you should do.

Have a protein shake no more than 30 minutes prior to your workout (put the creatine in your shake). You may also want to invest in some Glutamine. This can go in your shake too.

Then, IMMEDIATELY after your workout, you should have your carbs (and creatine). 30-45 minutes after that...have another shake.....

Other supplements that I consider a MUST (creatine isn't a must, although it does help) are...Multi-Vitamin, Vitamin C, EFA, and Calcium.

yo, I been readin the exact opposite.. at bodybuilding.com, they recommend protein after your workouts because your muscles are scrambling for protein so they can start to repair themselves.
and carbohydrates before your workout cuz they burn easier and give you energy.

and the spamming is irritating

You may want to look at your info again...But actually, we're both kinda right.

The protein shake before your workout has carbs in it...it should anyway. And post workout...you should be taking in your carbs...and some protein can be good too. I prefer to wait to take my protein, but some people prefer to take it in with their carbs.

I'm sure you'll find the same info on your bodybuilding site.

Muscle Milk and Evopro are both Cytosport products right? I've used Cytogainer (their weightgainer product) which has 52g of protein, 3g of creatine and 2g of glutamine. I've used cytogainer years ago, gained about 10 pounds. I was going to start lifting again and purchase the cytogainer when I stumbled upon your advice. It seems muscle milk is the fastest supplement to gaining muscle, faster than whey protein and creatine. It's a top seller. Evopro I hear is the best protein out there available. The site you gave has better prices than 1fast400.com!!! Good shit, what I wanna know is have you gained mass? I want to get more beefy, and I was thinking about using muscle milk, evopro and cytogainer but I don't think it would be logical to take evopro and cytogainer both at the same time after workouts.

Oh shit good lookin out, cheaper than muscledepot by a few bucks. EDIT: after reviewing the site, I found out the shipping is double that of muscledepot so Muscledepot is the better choice, funny they have the same outline. I've been on 1fast400 and bodybuilding.com all day. After reading numerous threads at bodybuilding.com, I've come to the concensus where I'll make my own weight gainer consisting of oats and skim milk. I'm also going to get optimum nutrition's 100% whey gold standard which seems to be the popular choice and best seller and I'm gonna mix that into the weight gainer mix. Also going to take Evopro for the casein protein before I go to sleep instead of muscle milk (fucking expensive with only 15 servings).

What about vitamins? I hear multivitamins is essential in body building, what brand do you guys take? Universal's animal pak seems to be by-far the most popular and trustworthy choice. However you have to take like 11 massive pills/day which sucks! And it's $19 for a month and a half supply. But users of the product highly praise it. I'm still thinking on what multivitamin I want to get.
