anyone here own or know anything about macbook pro's

or just in general about macs. i recently aquired myself a macbook pro. i've had only limited experience with macs in college and i've been outta college for awhile now so i've forgotten lotta things about it. anyways, my question is what programs and extra things like cables or whatnot i need to be able to record shit from a VCR(yes those things that play VHS tapes) and where do i plug that shit in a VCR too. please bear in mind I AM A RETARD so put things in RETARD terms for me to understand please.

If you knew how to do it on a pc, then you know how to do it on a mac. The hardware is the same, only the applications are different.

click on the apple in the top left hand corner, click on "about this mac", then click two times on the word "version", this will pull up ur serial number to the computer.....post it on here and ill tell you if u are eligible to speak with a tech that can help u with allll that crap...
