Anyone here have Cubase SX ???

I got a Motif 6 and wanted to get your opinion on the best way to sync to two together there are a few option.

Motif controller to Cubase
Cubase controller midi
Cubase controller usb

Anybody??

Hook the midi out of the motif to your computer's midi in, and midi out of your computer to midi in of motif.

It should be that easy if you're just sequencing. If you want to record, hook the audio outputs of the motif to your audio inputs of your computer.

No I was going to USB sync it to my Motif....I bought a midiman 4 midi in-out box that I didnt even need... It looks like I can sync the two up via usb with the Mo as the cubase controller or vice versa... I havent had the board this week so my Midi sync inst available. Still learning.... Whats up with the Houston...

Houston is The Cubase Controller for the program, Guitar center has a deal for I think 1299, and you get the controller plus Cubase SX(full version as opposed to Cubase SL, which doesn't have surround sound mixing)
