I work for AT&T as a field technician and there have been a lot of new hires. I don't mind training people how to do a job but there's been a lot of older cats that have been getting hired and they're cocky as fuck. I don't know if it's because they're older they think they know it all or if it's because they've worked so many jobs they think they don't need any formal training.

Anyone else have a sudden burst of laid off new hires at their jobs? I honestly feel that some of these people are just mad that they've lost their jobs :ermm:

Older folks are always like that... Especially if you're younger, they dont like it when the younger dude is tellin them what to do. They'll just brag about how much they know. I've been there. Is ATT hiring everywhere?
