Anybody going to see Stranger and Eek-A-Mouse at Canes' on Saturday? I bet theyre gonna throw a good show along with Eek-A-Mouse in the house! I gotta let ya know, the band Stranger performed very good at SWC earlier today. They're among the most original and deeply influential reggae band ever to have stand out here San Diego. I gotta give it up for them dudes. I gotta cop' their EP and t-shirt as well to support them and all the other great bands and local artists coming out from here. Anywayz, they're gonna be at Canes this saturday wit' EekaMouse, for anybody out here who wanna get high and take a sneek peek. Theyre da shiznit, I'm telling yaa! :siccness: :siccness: :siccness:

Damn i'd have enjoyed seein Eek-A-Mouse perform.

Would have loved him at our event. We had Spragga Benz and Bobby Konders here two years ago.

Hip Hop Generation(HHG), WKPO The New Hot 105.9 FM, and WSUM 91.7 FM host the 5th annual “Hip Hop As A Movement" conference April 16th-18th on the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus.

Don't miss it, this is a great chance to network with your favorite artists, activists, industry personalities on a one on one level. The three day event will feature performances, discussion panels, film screenings, exhibitions, dance demonstrations, and workshops with themes of social justice, Hip Hop culture, and political empowerment, as well as, other pertinent social issues affecting youth of color and the “hip hop generation”.

HHG’s philosophy is to continue expanding on its past successes by bringing diverse panelists and creating and inclusive space for students and community members to dialogue about controversial issues. This year is sure to fulfill that fundamental principle.
