Anyone From Fresno

Depending on the definition of deep it may vary, cause I would say no. My definition is are there surenos who put in work and intimidate rivals from entering their varrio, then HELL NO!!!!!!!
If by deep you mean people who dress in blue, bump lil rob, scribble on walls, only come out on Sunday when they are buying groceries or going to the remate, but when it comes down to putting in work they lack the huevos, then yeah there are a good size number. but even then are they nowhere concentrated enough to take over any part of Fresno. Especially the east side, thats bulldog territory. way too deep with mutts.
And as far as running Fresno the only thing they are running is AWAY. And there are some oxnard, la, and sd scraps round here that don't do shit but scribble on walls. so it aint necessarily just paisa wanna be's.
I mean in Fresno the mutts are deep in the east, north, park, centros, china and all over. the only place they are not deep in is the west. Who ever is telling you that scraps are running thangs is TOTALLY FALSE. And this is coming from an ene who admits mutts got east fresno on total lock. the other parts there could be argument maybe but east side there is no way no how. even the hmongs, laous, or any other gang can ever say they run the east. and this is not to say there are no enes in the east you have a street or two that mutts get blasted if they try to enter but that is a couple of streets in a whole east side, mucho respeto ah los TCB's for putting in the work in protecting the varrio. scraps got a broken down house or two spread out or maybe a couple of aparments in the whole complex but they have not one block to claim as their own in the east or any part of Fresno.

I didn't say that there weren't any scraps in Fresno I said that they were not running anything in Fresno. I mean if you think cause you see them around here and there that that means they are running things then thats crazy to me. I mean aside from seeing them around repping is irrating to me but its the mutts who run things. The mutts control the county jail if you ain't a mutt your automatically thrown into PC.

WHY WOULD I GIVE A BIAS OPINION THAT MUTTS RUN THINGS ON THE EASTSIDE, IF I AM A NORTENO? FUCK SUR AND BULLDOGS. Like I always say Fresno is not just mutts there are enes and scraps around. Although enes and scraps are outnumbered the only difference is that enes will rep to the fullest and take the beating or bullet, which ever comes. Scraps are not united even on their own street let alone varrio. Honestly the scraps round here are more interested in drawing, tagging, and putting creases in their high waters than RUNNING THANGS.

Thanks, I tried my hardest to be honest on this subject. I mean I could have came out with some bullshit but whats the point. Plain and simple mutts own the East side and many parts of Fresno. Enes and scraps are the minority, but the difference is is that enes have varrios and protect them. Scraps got the grocery store and Fulton mall other than that, there aint no varrio in Fresno where your fear is of scraps, plain and simple. I mean if you need to get milk or something then you have to watch out for Mr. joker in ailse dirteen and his little smurf click.
This is one of those subjects that can't be explained in one paragraph. And if this is the jura then all they need to do is go to the court house in downtown fresno and it is written there about the mutts.
But basically what happened is some enes from Fresno known as the F-14 ers felt that they were putting in too much work in the pens and weren't being treated fairly so they started to separate. THey then took the name bulldogs and still programed with enes, untill a semi internal disagreement occured in the pens and the bulldogs went on the side of what would become the losers of the argument. They chose to stay out of programing with enes even though they had the opportunity to come back. They started with the attitude of Fresno homeboys before norte meaning they would program with enes but take the side of somebody from fresno first. Enes weren't having that, so shit happened. Scraps saw a golden opportunity to weaken enes in the pen so the put a red light on bulldogs in the pen meaning anyone fucking with them answered to the scraps. of course enes smashed on bulldogs still but the rest of the prison population was restricted from hitting them up. This was scraps way of trying to break down the enes. Eventually the bulldogs grew in numbers and the scraps wanted to tax them, mutts didn't want to. They felt they left enes to be on their own and didn't want to answer to scraps so they said they didn't want to pay taxes. so the scraps green lighted the bulldogs and everyone started smashing on them.
nowadays mutts are funking with enes aswell as scraps so I really don't understand why much gente still calls them scraps, but it don't matter they are rivals call them what you want as long as you smashing on them. Also most must with the exceptionn of county dogs were never enes ever in their life. but point blank fuck mutts.

most of it went down mid 80's. but like most things shit didn't happen overnight and events took longer. the 14ers been around since the 70's maybe 60's but the internal conflict around the mid 80's. then from there to late 80's bulldogs programed with enes on occasions. 90's full split this is the era of "bulldogs being scraps, since they were red lighted by them" and recently the green light was hit on them. my homie said that the COs put the mutts on the yard like they normally did. and there were only like 8-10 mutts and they were used to punking the paisas and there was about 30 of them. THey were able to punk them cause of the advantage of them being red lighted, but they didn't know that they were green lighted until the paisas straight rolled them. LOL I would of paid to see that.
