its funny cuz I dont buy albums anymore cuz I do download most of my shit I wont lie, but I never download Bay Area cds I swear, maybe if its a old song I havnt heard of in along time and I dont want the cd thats about it. But my point is that my friends always come to me for the new shit, when they hear the new bay shit I have they wont a copy and honestly I tell them no, I tell them to go buy it cuz I want the bay to get back in to the light

Hell, there's people MY age who are the same way (they think if it's not on the radio or MTV, it sucks), and I'm in my early '30s! LOL! Some people dig it when I play and explain certain artists to them (i.e. Mac Dre, E-40, JT The Bigga Figga, Done Deal, whomever), but others don't. I don't sweat it either way...once someone's been programmed to only like radio/video shit, it's hella difficult to deprogram them...

^^^^Oh jyeah...exactly the same at my school...they dont even bump that song from the original cd, they burn it onto a mainstream mix...they used to go "i love that song "AYO FOR THE YAYO" by nickatina. i have to put them up on some game and tell them that its just called "ayo" and its by san quinn.
