Anyone ever come up on a "free" game at GS?

I went to a GS today and I saw an Afro Samurai in the used Xbox section, but it didnt have the yellow used sticker on the case, so I opened it up to see if it was complete with booklet and the disc was still inside.

I noticed the guy wasn't really paying attention to me when I walked since he was on the phone and had a person or two in line waiting to check out and he was the only one working.

So I picked up Afro and I picked up Crackdown (something cheap) and walked up to counter and paid for Crackdown and took A.S. with me.

That happened to me before when I came across the SF Anniversay game for PS2.

So any day I can save $60-$54 for a Xbox game in this economy is a good day.

Never got a guide, but I get booklets if mine is messed up or missing, cant have an incomplete game. lol

I got like 5 of the map pack download cards that came with Gears of War 2

That's how i got Saints Row. Some guy opened the case and saw the game but was scared to take it. When he put it down i popped that shit out of the case and bounced. The guy walked outside looking all sad lol

Best thing about Afro they didnt put that yellow sticker on the cardboard sleave that the case goes in...but I saw it on a used PS3 version

It's entertaining...the camera is a lil wacky though. But when you didnt spend $60 on it, it's the best fuckin game in the world!! hahahaha

I kind of did.

Sears had a misprinted ad for the 360 HDD...it was for like $19.99. I took the ad to Best Buy and they price matched without calling. I didn't really need the HDD so I took it to Circuit City and did a no receipt return...got a gift card for $100 and used that get Madden '07, and then covered the majority of Saints Row, which also came with a free faceplate. Score for me.

The game is played on "standard" which is inverted. If you switch it to inverted(lol) it inverts it further. Fucking ridiculous. All the shit you'd expect on-screen, such as health, power up bars, etc. are located on his body. Really fucking confusing cuz they don't fully explain it to you when you start playing. Your heart rate increases, becomes louder, and your clothes become bloody when you're near death.

Also, your medallion glows red when you can use your focus attack in full, and blinks when you can use it in spurts. They had the right idea, it just wasn't executed fluidly. Not a bad game, though.
