anyone else have trouble reading black on black

the topic list on this section is kinda hard for me to read...maybe its cuz I have a shitty monitor but I was wondering if it was that way for anyone else, once I click on a thread in this section I can read the text fine but just on the topic list I have problems decifering what the topic is, I have to get fairly close to the screen to read it

just wanted to let this be known to the powers that be....Moderator, feel free to move this where-ever you see fit

must be my shitty monitor.....my regular monitor went out and I got this old ass one from my parents house....musta been from the first pc ever or somethin cuz its ragedy as shit.....thanks yall
