IM JUST WONDERING IF ANYBODY DOES CREATINE OR ANY SHIT LIKE THAT...I WORK OUT LIKE 3-4 DAYS A WEEK, MOSTLY WEIGHT LIFTING AND SOME CARDIO. I TAKE CREATINE POWDER MIXED WITH SOME WATER OR GATORADE, ETC. I CAN FEEL A DIFFERENCE, AND I THINK I GET A BETTER WORKOUT. IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS IVE SEEN A NOTICABLE DIFERENCE IN MY ARMS. BUT IM WONDERING IF I SHOULD ONLY TAKE THAT SHIT ON WORKOUT DAYS, OR IF THERE IS SOMETHING I CAN TAKE ON THE OFF-DAYS, ETC...

you're noticing gains from the hard work you're doing not the creatine. if anything the creatine is just swelling your muscles with water. what you want to do first is make sure you're eating right. if you pound some creatine after a workout or during and then later that night you eat pizza you obviously arej ust wasting your money. the best advice me or anybody could possibly give you is to get your diet down to a religion before adding any of those mostly unnessesary and expensive supplements. your diet and hard work is key.

shit mother fuckers are still drinking eggs before and after workouts and are getting ripped off of just the fundamentals. bottem line if you are building muscle hard work and a clean diet with TONS protein is all that matters.

and maybe steroids.

by the way.. you dont build muscle and get toned at the same time, its impossible. any body builder in the world will tell you they bulk up and then do cardio later to see the cuts and they do it in cycles. think about it... you pump yourself full of massive amounts of protein and then... get on a treadmill and burn it all away and leave yourself exhausted and your body doesnt have nearly as many building blocks to rebuild the muscles you worked out with weight. you do one or the other but not both. maybe do both if you have a lot of fat to lose, and in that case the weight lifting would be more for burning calories not building muscle, although youd gain some muscle as a bonus

check out bodybuilding.com got some good info on there

Smart man!

You''ll find all you need on this website. Go to their data base and search for whatever it is that you need about weight lifting, diet, suppliments, work out plans, etc. This helped me a great deal!

And if you want to build muscle/tone. You might want to check out a workout program called Hypotrophy. It's a 3 day a week full body work out, so it will fit your schedule nicely... and muscle gain is gauranteed!

right on bro......i think i need to lose maybe 5 lbs in fat.....then start lifting a lot while i train (box)........im gonna start up at 3rd st. boxing here in SF.....they have a month fitness camp in the morning, then i would train at night...shit is costly (only for the fitness camp), but im sure after that month, i would be in the best shape of my life, and i could consentrate on lifting and training

these are the main ones. Different products work for different folks. I've tested nearly all brands and found these to be most effective for me

Protein
http://bodybuilding.com/store/opt/whey.html

Multi-Vitamin
http://bodybuilding.com/store/now/adam.html

Fish Oil
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/olabs/omega.html

NO
http://www.mri-performance.com/no2-black-enter.html

Creatine
http://www.mri-performance.com/anabolic-switch-enter.html

^plus some other pills. On my workout days I get bad insomnia since some of the shit I take have more than 300mg of caffeine. My liver is probably fucked, which is ironic since my whole goal is to be healthy lol
MRI succs... over priced, over hyped shit. lol at the No2, shit doesn't do anything special no boosters and CEE products are fuccing weak... lol people paying for a pump.

whey protein
dextrose
flax seed (powder....cheap)
muitvitamin (cheap)
caffeine

Ill take creatine again when i go back to bulking.

On the Creatine noe......YOU make YOU gain muscle. Not supplements. Creatine helps you recover faster and have a higher work load. There's nothing wrong with that.

As far as other supps, there's not much of a reason. They all cost too much and do too little. Whey, Dextrose and Flax Seed Powder are not only cheap, they have calories and are...more or less...real foods. Not strange concoctions of herbs and chemicals.

My advice: Keep it simple and work hard.

Yup, I pretty much take all of those myself with the exception of NO. Just different brands.

Creatin I take 2 kinds. The kre-aklyn *sp?* I take half hour before and after working out. The monohydrate I take with my protein shakes 2-3 times a day.
