preferably around the fair oaks/howe area.....looking for probably a two bed/ 1 bath apt......not looking for a ghetto piece of shit one, but not trying to pay an arm or a leg either..........suggestions

couple of spots on howe between fair oaks and Hurley....look on right hand side (if you're comin' from 50)....don't go to windbridge.....those are condos, and are hittin' for a GRIP.

there is also a place on howe that rents FURNISHED apts too.

My bro lived at Fairlake on Howe near Hurley for 3 years while he went to Sac State. Reasonably priced, safe and a bunch of college kids live there.
