his name was gong lee.

i seen him on the martial arts special on tv.he was a kick boxing champion.i heard he got shot and killed in frisco this week?it was in the paper but we threw it out before i could read it for myself.

anybody know the story???

thats fucked up he was hella good too!

i seen him suplex sum kick boxer like 8 times in a 5 round bout.kickin hella hard too.

i guess it's nuthin to sumone with a gun though!

i read that the guy hit his car or something and he chased after him..when he caught up the driver was like i cant stop the cops are after me or something...he tried reaching in to turn off the car and was shot and killed..

anyways what happeend was this cat who been paroled and hasnt seen his po in a year or so has a warrant for his arrest... he was supposed to pick up his girl somewhere and he hit alex gongs cherokee while parking.. so instead of staying he bounced since his car was stolen... Gong saw it from the gym and in the middle of training chased the car down wearing his shorts and gloves still... he smashed doods window and tried to turn his car off...the guy was telling him he cant stop cuz he has a warrant and then he shot dood in the chest....

Big R.I.P to Alex...I train at that gym myself although he wasnt specifically my trainer...Nice guy who was just doing what any of us would do...for all the articles regarding his killing check out www.sfgate.com and enter his name in the quick search.

Yep, my boy trained at Alex's gym too. Not from him specifically, but he got some pointers from him. He didin't know about it till he heard it on the news.

He did drive by the crime scene near Harrison though that day, but didn't think anything of it. It's crazy times, y'all.

put ya self in that situation. your on the run hit a parked car, i asume it didnt do much damage, then dude chases you down smahses ya window and tries to grab ya keys and probably already had called the cops or someone in the gym had. you got a girl you love waitin. and you facing lossing half ya life or more sitting in jail.

and if anyone gets put in that situation i hope you just write down the license plate number and go back inside. id rather have my insurence go up a bit, then fuckin with the unknown, you dont know whos gonna do what and how far they will go.
