I'm thinking about buying a condo out there, and I just wanted to know what the area is like around it. Its right buy a park, on the river. I think its louise park, 2946 Peachtree Dr, Stockton, Ca 95203. Any help will be appreciated.

I cant buy shit in my own neighborhood, so I'm looking around in Oak Park, Del Paso Heights & Stockton. A house in Northgate/Gardenland is not reachable at this time, the cheapest one is like $270K and I cant afford that, hahaha

Your right. I drove buy a house out here in Oak Park that looked cool, and there were hella fools "working", so yeah it would be best to see first hand.

Try howe or fulton areas.They have some cheap apartments with no down payment to get in.

Hahahaha, insta-funk homie! I cant live around there, either too white or too skrappy. I dont like it over there, too much traffic. I'm tired of giving my money away every month and in the market to buy a cheap house or condo. If I'm going to rent, I'm going to just stay in Northgate.

yup my homeboy Lil VIck lives near there, my blood homie Mat does too, and a couple of West Side Enes, and my homeboy Abel kinda lives near there, you'll fit right in, the only people who probably will beef with are those scraps that live near Victory park, other than that, homie it's hella coo, but the west is one of the craziest parts in stockton, in that side those foos don't fight unless they know each other, if you a stranger and start shit, get ready to see bullets fly HAHA

No.I'm not a Broderick vato.My girl was back in the days.I just stay with her mostly.I know some broderick gente though.Mostly the older ones.I used to be from Centro when I was much younger.I ended up going to Rio Tierra and became cool with the clicks in the Northside of Sacra.Then went to Burbank High in the south side of Sacra and became kool with them clicks.

Oakpark in stockton, oh yeah there's a couple of Asian Crips called Low Town Crips, a couple of bloods that live in the surrounding area, but you'll most likely see homeboys. That's the kind of area where the Central Stockton Locos Reside, and if you take a left on the stop sign near Arco Gas Station that's downtown stockton.

I went to Rio Tierra in the 7th grade, and couldnt return the next year because I was too much trouble...Martin Luther King, here I come! Then I went to Grant and Vista Nueva. If your Norteno, I'm cool with you. Too bad everybody dont think like that though.
