My little cousin moved there this summer and is going to go to either Jr High or Highschool.

I Just want to know what the area is like..........

Folsom is very nice. U gotta have some bread to live over there. Its boring as fuck though cuz it aint much to do but its a very nice place to live. I'm considering moving out there when my finances get a little better either though some might not take kindly to blacks out there but I don't trip off that shit.

Besides the Folsom Outlet there's not much to do though but still one of the top 3 places in Sacramento county to raise ur family of u ask me.

shit....plenty to do in folsom

jacka, bueno and cdubb just did a show at yagers in old folsom, and powerhouse pub stays crackin'.

there are lots more spots one exit away on sunrise including 2 strip clubs right as you get off the freeway

there are a few shadingdings out there too.

overall nice area....schools out there are strong in academics and sports.

Pretty much what everyone said, shit the American River is just right there and the other half of Lake Folsom. Not to bad if ya got a couple of jet skis/or boat. They building a new casino in El Dorado. Definitely a good place to raise a kid for education purposes....
