its a marketing gimmick
just look at the title
"the secret" its a sign of a scam
like
"secrets to get rich"
this is self help stuff, its as equal damaging as "think and grow rich" "rich dad poor dad"
that shit is bad for you, look it up on amazon and read the first review
it explains it a lot better
