Has anybody dealt with the ebay seller rookiedcg? To me it looks like he advertises his CDs with pictures of the real deal and sends CDRs, at least some of his records. He got one negative feedback for just that. anybody bought stuff from him previously?

also, he won't send if you use ebay checkout but instructs buyers to wait for an email with a payment link where you can use paypal. Is that some shady stuff or is that an OK thing to do, especially considering the chance of getting your money back in case the CD turns out to be a bootleg?

Yeah, I tried to contact him about one CD but he didn't even bother to reply. that's the best indication of a shady seller to me -if you ask him som critical questions and he ignores the whole thang, epecially when he ain't got more than approx 10 cds for sale. don't tell me you ain't got time to reply if you got your shit right and are interested in selling your stuff.

He always sells CD's in the same format and usually the same CD's. I can't believe that people don't pay attention to him. He uses everything the same, but changes user names.

He gotta make new accounts on the regular because this new one was created in September this year. Funny thing is that he got only one negative that points out that he sells CDRs, all the others are positive with "great transaction" etc. Why don't people care about getting CDRs and blurry cover art?

That's why this classified forum is so great. If you have any question about sellers you'll get the real deal about them if you ask on here. In these times you gotta be careful about who to sell to and buy from.

It could be those positive feedbacks are from other accounts of his or his friend's accounts that he set up fake auctions with in order to get some positives.

Same thing happened to me I got my money back from Derrick Glass and left him a mean negative and this Jerkoff opens two Ebay accounts in our name and then bids on my items and I get shutdown for shilling.... Cost me a 12 day suspension this guy is beyond a bootlegger he is in so deep with ebay they dont even know what to do.... But he has and will only send a CDR bootleg. so beware...
