Anybody Buy A Hard Copy Of Crooked I- Block Obama II?

I bought the CD at Amoeba when I was out visiting family and I just put it in today to find out 6 out of the 8 songs are either blank or inaudible. I obviously can't return it because I'm not in California right now, so I'm out $8. Did anybody else buy the actual CD and run into the same problem? I don't know if I'm more pissed or disappointed.

I just assumed it would be a legit CD. The lesson I learned was to check all of the mixtapes to make sure they are playable in my car before I leave the area of the store.
