I've coached baseball, basketball and football. Mainly just football now. Shit is fun and frustrating at the same time, especially the younger they are. Attention spans are so different from kid to kid.
I just coach or help coach the teams my kids play for.

i helped coach my ex's daughters softball team, 6 to 9 yr olds. it was no fun at all. they couldn't listen to instructions and they couldnt really play. i dont thi k coaching would be fun untill the kids are old enough to actually play

I was one of the coaches at a kids summer basketball camp in Vallejo a few years back. It was a great experience. Frustrating at times, but the good definitely outweighed the bad by far.

we had a rookie league in football for the 1st time in 2005 and added 7 yr olds... them 7 yr olds are wild lol.... cussing and fighting all the time lol....

I've coached Peewees (8-10) and JV (11-12) thus far.... I'll be doing Varsity (13-14) this season.

Sicc: what type of offense / defense you run with your squad....
