SoundScan numbers don't make a good album folx, check it out on ITunes or the online retailers carrying it like Best Buy or FYE and you might be real surprised at just how good an album it is.

Agreed, unfortunately Soundscans is what everyone looks at. Not saying it's right, but the truth. I like the album cause I smile when I listen to it, not because Soundscan says 50k shipped or the artist received a Gold Record for it. I hear a lot of co-signs on the album being decent, is it worth the $12.99? That's the real question.
