cool somebody just told me a lie then if he doing good. Thats great news!!!
they might have meant that he is doing better than he was. truly a good dude who and easily one of the best lyricist ever in the bay just got a lot of bad breaks. he is the writer on a couple of the biggest songs in bay history.

I HEARD THEM MICKEY'S HE WAS SLIPPED HAD HIM ON ONE HOMELESS IN OAKLAND. I KNOW HE STILL RAPS THOUGH BECAUSE HE FEATURED ON LOCED OUT'S 2005 ALBUM "STREET SHARKZ" AND THEN ON G-BUNDLE'S 2006 ALBUM "REPRESENT THE HUSTLE". HE ALSO HAD A SKIT ON V-WHITE'S 2007 ALBUM "PERFECT TIMIN" WHERE HE REPRISED A VERSE FROM HIS CLASSIC 1989 HIT "OAKTOWN".

I see Dame all the time. He be on Holly st in Oakland between 82nd and 79th. He looks ummm ( how can I say this without sounding so harsh), sorta bad, his hair is never cut and he's fat and he looks dirty, Im not trying to sound mean Im just telling it like it is. I actually feel bad for him, so when I see him I'll ask him to rap for me and I give him $1.

his rhyming style was off the hook..

dude was lyrical to the core and there's no mothafucka from the bay that can top him when it came down to that..

I remember JT saying something a few years back about putting together a new Dame solo project....guess that never really came to fruition. I was looking forward to it too.
