I've been gettin' into running for a while now, and just recently upped the number of times I go per week, plus distance as well.
How far you usually run for, and how many times a week?

4 real tho it's been a while b4 i've been to p.e. runnin and shit
i'am thinkin bout runnin and shit cuz just tha other day me and ma homie where slap boxin for like 10 minutes and then we went body blows just playin around and shit after we where done and i could barley breath and walk and shit so im thinkin bout it

im a runner but not by choice...i pt about 3 times a week...me and the platoon run around 6 miles every other morning except on weekends...im not a very fast runner..i run the three mile in 21 mikes...but if i had it my way...the only running id be doing is from the po's...im a lazy bastard though...

I run around 31/2 miles four or five times a week...but, I bruised the bottom of my foot somehow and everytime I run, afterwards it feels like somebody is stickings a knife in the bottom of my foot when I walk around...Proably gonna need to see a doc...

try and run 3-4 times a week. just lately getting bacc into it. hit the hills in sf around the resovoir. any1 ever see that movie with ben stiller where he is a heroin junkie?? he does smack all day long but still runs 5 miles a day because he is an "LA junkie." that shit was funny. but it reminds me of all the blunts i smoke yet i still try to get in shape.

^I've seen that shit, It's weird seein' Ben Stiller actin' as a junkie. He gets pulled over int he car with the baby, he's all loaded and shit.

Lately, I've been able to take some fat ass hits after runnin'. I'm goin' about 4 times week now, evenetually it's gonna end up bein' everyday. I always have a lot of energy after a long run, it feels really refreshing
