I've heard people say good things and bad things about that program. I know people who stuck with it and now run their own location, and I know people who thought it was complete bullshit and left within like 2 months. The negatives that I've heard are that you end up working 60+ hours a week, and you are on salary, so you don't get overtime, and you as a "manager trainee" are really just a glorified customer service rep checking people in to get their cars.

It is hard to find a decent job, even with a degree, so if you get in somewhere, stick it out, it might pay off in the long run.
