Alright, so I got to let y'all know I been drinking German beer on Halloween and I'm kinda drunk right now, but I want to rant/get opinions about...
all these anti-Obama people?! WTF is their problems man?
I work with this dude who is always bitching to me about his girls parents and how they think Obama is the anti-christ.
I got into an argument with some old white dude tryna tell me Obama taking out the bowling alley and putting in a basketball court to the WH is "anti-american". I'm like, "look old dude, basketball was created here in America by a man named Naismith. Bowling was invented by some Amish people drunk in the woods" or something to that effect.
What pisses me off the most, though, is Glenn Beck. I read a quote he said about Obama using the Health Care bill as a way to distribute reparations among blacks? Then somebody tells me this story about him saying that Obama "hates white culture". I see this motherfuckers books everywhere, and all these christians LOVE his goofy fuckin face and bullshit rhetoric, but he has NO credentials! He's a polygamist loving MORMON! He's a RADIO guy! He switched from CNN to Fox and got PAID the moment Obama took office, simply talking shit on the next president. In my mind, Glenn Beck will NEVER be happy with ANY president because his fear monger bullshit is getting him too much bread to agree with ANYBODY.
Also, isn't Fox run by a member of the Bush family? Back when dude was in office, it was "unpatriotic" to disagree with the president, now you're an "idiot" if you don't disagree with the president? They talk about Obama's spending, what about the TRILLIONS that Bush spent to get us into the current warS that we're fighting, and for what purpose?
I don't know, I quit following politics closely back in 2005 when I realized the shit is practically hopeless and got me into arguments with everybody I ever came across. Now I'm not even pro-Obama; truth be told from the start, I was always convinced he wants to sincerely "do the right thing" but didn't have much confidence for his lack of political experience. But this half-racist crazy bullshit calling our president the anti-christ and saying he's ruining our country (from where I sit, he's not exactly fixing or ruining it) is getting on my NERVES man. Obama to me is sort of like a Jimmy Carter at this point. Not doing a whole lot of anything immensely correct or incorrect.
