well..we hit up the protest. and shit popped off. me, my wife and 4 homeboys were arrested. me and my wife were released a few hours ago. the whole thing was explained on the home boy rap message board but i'll post it all up on here for yall to read. here is an article that was done last night on what happned at the protest.
According to on the ground eyewitness of the counter protest on July
28th, 2006 the Fremont Police department violently collaborated with
The East Bay Coalition for Border Security, a racist affiliate of the
fascist Minutemen, to attack and arrest upon orders from The East Bay
Coalition for Border Security thugs counter protesters.
Shortly after the commencement of the counter-protest of the
anti-immigrant, anti-Mexican East Bay Coalition for Border Security on
the corner of Fremont Blvd. & Mowry Ave, the pro-human rights
protesters outnumbered the (10- 15) Minutemen wannabes by 50 to 60
protesters. The fascist East Bay Coalition for Border Security, coming
to the realization that the people of the bay area and Fremont would
not let the manifestations of hate go uncontested, canceled their
protest--- only to relocate southward bound on Fremont Blvd, in the
Irvington district, on the corner of Fremont Blvd and Washington.
The East Bay Coalition for Border Security setup prior to the
relocation of the counter protesters to the new destination. Fremont
PD shortly followed. Six counter protesters arrived ahead of the
main group of protesters from the Fremont Blvd. & Mowry ave. actions.
As the small group of pro-human, anti-hate counter protesters arrived,
the East Bay Coalition for Border Security thugs began to attack the
group of three with picket sign sticks and bull horns. Then, according
to eye witnesses, the Fremont PD then arrested the counter protesters!
Six people in total were arrested , 4 adults and 2 juveniles.
Eyewitnesses state that Fremont PD took down statements from East Bay
Coalition for Border Security thugs only. Ignored the eyewitness
accounts of the counter protester, they refused to even write down
statements! Then, the Fremont PD officers brought those who were
arrested out of the squad cars so that the stories of the East Bay
Coalition for Border Security thugs could be identified with each one
of the counter-protesters detained, even though this was done over
the objection of legal observers on site.
In addition, it was observed by many counter protesters that plain
clothes Fremont Police officers where among the crowd of East Bay
Coalition for Border Security hate mongers. This dynamic was not known
until East Bay Coalition for Border Security began arresting the
counter protesters--- they were Fremont PD! This is a travesty of
justice and further proves that a culture of white supremacy
flourishes among the Fremont police department.
so that is an article that explains a lil about what happened.....my other homies are still locked up due to the fact that the minute men wannabees had the police pull the homies out of the police van one by one to be identified as "attackers". the back of the van was too small for me to fit in so they put me in the back of another car to be taken to the p.d. station so i wasn't pulled out to be identified. they held me and gave me a court date for somethin..they never told me what i was being charged with. my wife was charged with battery to a cop. a pig grabbed her by the throat and held her against a cop car when she tried to run up to me and the homies when we were faced down on the ground. she grabbed his arm and now that bitch pig is pressing charges against her.
we arrived at the counter protest and they told us the minute men were there before but they rolled up and left when the counter protesters arrived. one of my homebys showed up and was like man they right there in irvington holding up signs and protesting. so the crowd started marching up fremont blvd. to irvington. me, my wife and the homies got in our rides and headed over there. we were pulled over about half a mile up the street. pulled out the car. put on the curb for what they said was bad registration (which ended up being good when they let us go)...the crowd showed up and started yelling in our support and against the pigs. they were taking pictures and taking badge numbers. we had about 5 cop cars and twice as many cops surrounding us but the louder the crowd got..the cops ended up letting us go. so we went to where the minute men were protesting. it was me, my wife and 6 homies that showed up across the street from the minute men wannabees. when they seen us they started rollin their shit up. words were exchanged and they started yelling out "wetbacks go home", wetbacks go home"....someone was tellin us to wait till the protestors get there but i wasn't tryin to hear that. we rushed over to the corner they was on and started talkin shit...i got hit in the back of the head with a stick...i turned around and it was on. we started rumblin with all them fools. but what we didn't know, there were cops in their crowd protesting with the minute men. and they had undercover waiting on the corner in cars. so as soon as we started droppin em, the unders ran up and tackled the homies and held them down while the minute men kicked and hit them with sticks. i ran up to get them off the homies but i was took down by two fremont p.d. and held while i caught a couple kicks to the side. me, my wife and 4 of the homies got arrested.....not one of the minute men wannabees were ever questioned or arrested. so bottom line the fremont p.d. is working with this racist minute men group. this is the second time now that the minute men suckas took flight first and nothing happened. but now we know why. fremont p.d. is working hand n hand with this racist group.
