This fool has No Negative feedbacks on ebay. He bought from me before with no problems.. but i received an email from PayPal today stating that the Bank Card he used for his paypal account was a fraudalent card! PayPal took the money he sent me and now I lost out on $75 and 3 cds! Also, His paypal address is unconfirmed! So just to keep everyone aware with PayPal buyers.. always deal with buyers who has a confirmed account/address and ship to confirmed addresses only!

Sorry Joe...Concerning the "uncorfirmed address" i know it's normal for ALL non US residents because Paypal cant verify but dont buy/sell if someone lives in the US and hasnt a confirmed addy.

Yea i think I aint ever sellin to folks who have unconfirmed addresses that lives in the US.. i know its normal for foreign buyers to have unconfirmed addresses..

that's odd. this same cat did over 20 successful deals with me on Ebay. hopefully PayPal doesn't email me otherwise havoc is finna arise.

Okay imma have to update the situation.. he just emailed me and cleared up the situation.. some shit happened to his bank account and got had an overdrawn or some shit.. he said that he'll pay me thru a money order. I'm glad he hollered back at me.. it's just odd seeing his goodstanding with alot of sellers and feedbacks and yet have paypal state he was doing fraudalent activity with his account.. anyway I guess he legit if he does come thru with the money order..

paypal should reword their statements then, fraudulent is alot different then an overdrawl
