another car audio ?

does anybody know where i can get like a rack or something to bolt down my subwoofer box? im tired of that shit sliding around in my trunk. its sitting on a pretty thin piece of wood and there's a spare tire under that, so i dont think i can just screw right into that.

Well I may jus be a lil too hood lol but my shit was always sliding around, an when i decided to drift corners an shyyt it would sometimes even get unplugged... so all I did was take a tie down (like wat you use to hold down furniture or dirtbikes) an i hooked it to little spots in the trunk an tightened it... before that I jus used a bunjee cord an that worked good too, but the tie down is more secure.

yeah... i don't know why i didn't think of that shit... i hadda stick that was pushin on my box and the inside of my trunk.. worked for a while but one day the stick slipped and i almost popped my sub with it... your idea is much cheaper and easier.

Yeah thanks for the reminder I need to mount my shit. My amp slides around and the sub isn't even screwed into the box because on of the wires got disconnected and we had to solder it on but my brother lost my screws.

But a bracket from home depot will work fine they sell all kinds of brackets an it is cheap.

another question: will 12 foot of rca cable be enough to connect from the cd player to the amp in the trunk. i gotta toyota avalon not that big of a car.
