damn.. alot better than what i would do. is the main sample a Barry White song? i got a sub hooked up to my computer and it slaps....

Thanks...I had Rodney O & Joe Cooley in mind, not sure where they got it from...sampled or original. I made it using a small 100w sub and regular speakers trying to get the filters on the kicks right...decay , attack...etc. I'll have better clarity and precision when I get my Alesis monitors back. They in the pawn shop :(

thanks for the feedback. I think I'm going to add a crash at the height of every other Timpani. If I wasn't playing Gears of War so much...I could get a lot more accomplished. Lol.

what program do u use?
I don't use software...yet. I use the Yamaha RS7000. It's a hardware sampler and sequencer/midid controller...I use Cubase SX 3 and Adobe Audition to record my audio. I have some VST instruments loaded in Cubase...but haven't gotten around to fully building anything presetnable.
