Wow...I would have thought that somebody from his crew would have posted up somethin' in here already about it? I didn't produce any tracks on the album, but I did mix and master the whole thing. It's a HOT, HOT, HOT album and definitely a must have for your NW CD collection!

I have a limited supply (about 20), if anybody would like to get one get at me! I have them for $12 and that includes shipping. You can pay via PayPal @ [email protected] or send me a check, money order or well hidden cash to

I don't doubt that for a second, this guy is amazing. You got my $12 via PayPal.

When do you think you'll be sending them out? I know that you know I'm an impatient asshole and all, but I'm relocating in 2 weeks, leaving the SEA for a little while, I'd love to be able to bump this album driving out of town.

Just occurred to me I've been listening to way too much goddamn Blue Scholars.

I need some NORTHWEST GANGSTER SHIT

This album will deliver that.
Actually...I think this album is more on the lighter side. His next album he's currently recording is more on some gangsta shit. I think it's goin' to be called "Hustla Style 2" from what I was told...that could change though. I would look for it this summer...Anonimous and N.Y.A. (Not Your Average Ent.) are gearing up to flood the market. I believe Young Kapo & Doe DaCapo are in the midst of their solo projects as well. You will hear them on this album.

where can i get smile now die later and my life my city?
I purchased Smile Now Die Later at ARS Records in Rainier Beach.

I purchased My Life My City at Platinum Records on Capitol Hill.

I'll be stopping by both places this week for my monthly rounds of the local spots, so I'll see if they have a copy of each left in their stock and let you know.

For those interested and either want to grab it themselves or are too late for D-Sane's special offer, they have several copies at ARS Records in Rainier Beach. I was down there today and kicked myself for ordering from D-Sane b/c otherwise I'd have been listening to it right as I type.

ARS is on Rainier Ave just south of Rainier Beach HS next to Maya's Mexican Restaurants. It is one of the last stores in the metro area to carry a lot of local stuff. If you live in the Seattle area, are into the Northwest rap scene and have never been there, you're a punk.

Got mine in the mail today, have just peeped it a little, I'll post a more detailed review later.

The first impression is that it's not as good as his first 2 albums HOWEVER that isn't saying much b/c those two were outstanding, and this one is clearly VERY GOOD at the absolute worst.
