This DEFINITELY might be OLD NEWS, but have any of y'all heard of some shit like this: Removing the "One nation under God" part from the Pledge of Allegiance? It's a SHAME how some people in America can have some FUCKED UP IDEAS. Instead of taking that part of the Pledge out, how about the "And justice for all?" I say this because when ya think about it, the Black race HAS NOT HAD FAIR JUSTICE in this UNITED STATES since we have been here. I might OFFEND some when I say this but I DO NOT HAVE ANY REMORSE; It ain't no REAL JUSTICE for ALL, meaning EVERYONE in this country, but IT IS JUSTICE FOR SOME, meaning the WHITE RACE; How many times has a BROTHER or SISTER caught a DRUG, MURDER, or any other CASE and got less time to serve? None. How many times has a WHITE MAN OR WOMAN caught the above mentioned same cases and got less time to serve? Plenty. This is something to think on and realize. Please read and kick ya thoughts on this.

What you are saying is not making sense!

Look...

You ask #1
"How many times has a BROTHER or SISTER caught a DRUG, MURDER, or any other CASE and got less time to serve?"

You then ask #2
"How many times has a WHITE MAN OR WOMAN caught the above mentioned same cases and got less time to serve?"

So after all, there is JUSTICE FOR ALL! Cause no matter what color you are, you get served.

It brings justice to the comunities when offenders are arrested. It is very off balance, in favor of whites, but there is (and you also said) there actually is JUSTICE FOR ALL.

what's real

SK:You have a valid point, I agree when you say that there is no justice for all..mainly for the poor, we always get the shifty end of the stick when it comes the law.

Does anyone remember about 2 years ago when that 19 year old white girl Auburn student went around a bus that had the stop sign out and hit a 6 year old girl in her parents SUV? Well, luckily for her, her grandaddy is a judge in the neigboring county; she did 30 days in the city jail. Her parents had to pay a grip of money to the parents of the victim becasue they chose not to press charges, all they asked for was for a faoundation to be set up that stresses bus safety in memory of their daughter...
So who knows how much $$$ was paid out, but the icing on the cake is that she got off serving 30 days for what they would have charged me with-vehicular manslughter- and would try to lock me up an throw the away the key for, if I had did committed this violation of the law!

Also, does anyone remember the AU baseball player that killed a Southern Union student as they were both leaving a frat party on campus? They say the SU kid who got killed was high, but they were both "officailly" drunk. There was a kid in one of my classes this semester that said that he saw the kid that used to play bball and said that his friend was real sad and that he had lost alot of weight. But he was tellin me about how when they were seniors in highschool how his friend had got caught up ddrivin, he said it was his "17th" time, but I felt that that was an exagerated number (hopefully). Dude was sayin that his father was this bigtime laywer up in b'ham, and a millionaire, so there's no tellin how many dui's he's had the opportunity to keep out of court by payin off the powers that g. I think he served close to a year for his offense though; I mean this happened in the fall of 2000, and he's out already?
