HAHAHA, its one of those if the shoe fits it applies to you thing. I'm an advocate of legalizing weed, but there should be an exception to that rule. I'd only legalize it according to someone's background, then again there's flaws in doing that, he'll end up selling it to a dope head and just fuck it up. Sometimes I wish the stupid, lame, and luke warm just died off LMAO! Anyways, Crack and Heroin WTF?!!!!
No one in particular, but I've read a shitload of threads here (this forum, detox and open) that talk about legalizing drugs. Some supporters say the hard drugs (like meth, e, blow and dog food) are not harmful when taken in moderation but fuck that. Like I said, we'll have a nation of junkies in 20 years if shit continues to go the way it is. In fact, the bay area is already a junkie haven catering to fools who should probably OD and move on to heaven or hell.
I think that we should legalize weed if we can do it properly. The money it can make for the state would be incredible. The main problem I see is people driving high. That's illegal now if they find you're impaired enough, but there's going to be hella more people driving high if it's legal to use marijuana.
As for legalizing other drugs, FUCK THAT. Some of that shit is outrageously addictive and we don't need our children getting hooked on it.

Seeing those Zombies in Amsterdam I'm not even sure if weed should be legalized (even though I smoke).. Not everybody can handle it and it isn't adolescent friendly.. Anything legal is more easily accessible, even though weed is pretty accessible now it'll be nothing compared to if it were marketable. Just lower the penalty (in other states, since it's damn near legal in Cali)..

I'm not sure exactly where I stand on this issue. Legalizing weed seems pretty harmless. Definitely wouldn't want crack or meth legalized.
Pharmaceutical drugs seem to be more of a problem in america than any other drug so where is the line drawn? You cant trust a big drug pusher (pharmaceutical companies) to tell you the truth when their main concern is maximizing their profits.

Mixing crack and meth in same pot = all bad.
The question's what if the weed was legalized and everybody smoked it and then therefore they couldn't focus on to working that contributes to the country? That might be another reasons of why politicans don't want the weed to be legalized - it'd fuck up the country politically. I dunno.

Our whole approach to drugs in this country is basakwards... Someone already mentioned it, but we've been pushing drugs to our kids for awhile now... We're a nation of addicts, caffeine, Zoloft, Viagra, sugar... Can't sleep at night... Pop a pill... Dick won't get hard... Pop a pill... Can't concentrate... Pop a pill... Depressed, anxious, lonely... Just take that magic little soma pill and everything is okay... I know more people hooked on Nicotine, caffine and sugar than I do on caine, meth, e, and weed combined... I don't think pushing 'Cheese' to kids is cool... But I don't agree with pushing caffeine to 'em either...
Legalizing any drug would cause more problems with the US then it already has, even weed. If weed was legalized there'd be more specific laws on who can grow it, cause I know if weed was legalized, my front and back yard would literally be covered with weed plants..thats just me. But on the other hand, the government has unlimited resources when it comes to THEM cultivating it. They could make SO MUCH money off of weed, it would solve some issues that are imporant but i feel like it'd probably cause more problems in the long run. As for legalizing any other drug then weed, that'll never happen and never should.
@White Devil, its my opinion that weed does not affect your future IF you don't let it, if you dont have will power and..some intelligence, and you smoke weed, you'll be a fuck up and a loser. Point being, its all about the individual. It's like when some1 gets fucked up on alcohol, or drugs, and goes out and commits crime, the alcohol and drugs didn't make them do it, they ALREADY wanted to do it.

Only broke dope fiends act that way... Fools with money don't have to rob, hit 'licks', or jack folks to get high... I'm talking about affects to the body... Addictiveness, dependency... Fools with whole's in their necks and plastic tubes for lungs sweat like Pookie for Nicotine... Half of these little rugrats with 'ADHD' can't concentrate 'cause they're hopped up on cola (caffeine and sugar)... If their parents eliminated half the amount of sugar and caffeine their kids consumed they wouldn't have to drug 'em with amphetamines... So yeah you're right... It is all bad homie...
