probably high pass filter...LPF, HPF

those are probably the settings you see...low pass, high pass...which are crossovers basically


you set the high pass to a certain level to exclude any levels above it and set the low pass to set any levels to be exluded

whats the best settings to have it on........i dont like alot of bass really...I like more voice and a little bit of base.......so should i turn my highs up more or lows down more or whatever...bascially if i want to have more voice less bass....what should i set

x-loc you wanna set it so it sounds good to you. Make sure you have the stereo up to about the loudest you ever gonna turn it before you ajust anything. That way its at peak. So any volume changing would be to a lower setting and wouldnt blow the speakers. You want to ajust them so they sound like but not garbled. In your preferance of this case set the highs louder and tune the bass down. IF you dont like alot bass then you wanna make it so you can hear it in the car but it doesnt hit hard enough to make anythign rattle much less hear it out side the car.
