I use a download manager to rip videos from youtube. With my program I can choose the highest video quality that video has to rip. If u rip something that has 240p flv forget it . The trick is to rip the video with the highest quality setting to get the best mp3 result.

I just tried it, and it's working fine. You just have to make sure you paste the video in the "search bar" like this:

You can also use it's sister-site snipmp3.com, which deals with only mp3s.

If you're still having problems with it... it might be blocked by your ISP. *shrug*
