Alesis M1 Active MK2's Shitted Out

My M1 MK2's shitted out on me a couple days ago. I dropped $400 for them. They sound great, and served me well for about 4 years.

Has anyone used these monitors and recommend any other monitors in the $400 price range over these? I might just buy another pair.

I was looking into the rockit 8 i like the sound....I ended up buying used some peavey monitors that are older but I like the sound you can switch between equalized and reference

I have the same pair...in storage. had em about 4 years myself...hardly used though. What happened? They BOTH went out at the same time?

YEA THEM KRKS SOUND PRETTY GOOD MAYNE YOU CAN MAKE NICE MIXES ON THOSE UNLESS U GOT A STUDIO TO MIX AT WITH NICER MONITORS

I was also looking at the alesis..i cant remember wich model but i liked em better then models that were more expensive because they sounded neutral.
