I still hate the name as you can see but I'm glad they had the balls to sign a big name!! Bad thing is that he will have 5 great years with us, 2 average, and 3 bad ones once he's 38-39. Fuck it

Doubt you have to worry about that. I'm sure he'll retire before the contracts up. I don't see a player of his caliber playing when he's not good anymore embarassing himself for a paycheck.

Our big bat signs always turns out to be duds.
Doubt this one will be any different.
Lol bro, you can't compare Vernon Wells or Gary Matthews Jr to Albert Pujols. He's the best hitter in baseball. Vlad Guerrero wasn't a dud and neither has Torii Hunter. They both had solid seasons with Angels

We just got a new tv contract also! And now that Los Doyers are down,Arte Moreno and the Angels just took over Southern Cali as far as marketing and generating money goes! This is huge for the organization and L.A,especially since magic Johnson is bidding on the dodgers and could change things around big for them also! Arte struck while the iron was hot to claim his tuff, lol! And now theyre saying Angels might make one more move for 3rd baseman Ramirez!...Cj is the icing on the cake, with a nice fat cherry on top! Lol

Arte Moreno=Marketing GENIUS!!!

Aramis Ramirez would be a nice pick up too. I really hope Angels don't get rid of Mark Trumbo tho. He's 25 and had a great rookie year. I played against him in high school when he was at Villa Park

It was in Arte's masterplan to market to Los Angeles and its working in full effective now that he got Pujols. I don't like the change either. I was fine with Anaheim Angels

Lol you tell me...earlier I heard on the radio that Vegas has the Angels at 7:2 odds to win the world series. They are tied with the highest odds to win it all. Phillies are also 7:2 favorites

Dont really need Ramirez! And the Angels won't get rid of Trumbo! If anything,he gets moved to 3rd,with pujols @1st trading off with kendry Morales,or have morales at Dh,which means abreu might be gone! Catcher Jeff Mathis is gone but we just also acquired Catcher Ianneta from the Rockies also!...so in the last week it's been Puljos,Cj Wilson,Ianetta, and ex brewer reliever LaTroy Hawkins all added to the roster! The line up looks real stacked right now!...

1)aybar
2)kendricks
3)puljos
4)hunter
5)Trumbo
6)morales
7)wells
8)Ianetta
9)bourjos/troutt

Las Vegas=10-1 odds,2012 world series champs! Lol
