air guitar is actually, if you know how to play guitar, beneficial to learning guitar. Your motor and auditory cortexes light up on a brain scan if you play air whatever. Only if you know how to play it well with your particular instrument. I didnt watch the videos all the way, but, this is incredibly cheesy and weird.
