How many of you that are against the war and planning to vote for president are planning to vote for a candidate largely based (if not solely) on their promises to end the war in Iraq or bring troops home?

EDIT: I mean the real life pres elections, not the siccness ones.

either way once we are out of iraq, we shall have a reason to attack iran.

destroying iraqs economy and disabling iraqs war machine is all that needs to be accomplished to go into iran.

so either way "Mission Accomplished!"

clinton is stating "IF THIS PRESIDENT WILL NOT END THE IRAQ WAR, WHEN I BECOME PRESIDENT, I WILL"

im pretty sure the majority have this promise made, yet have a bigger plan in mind for the world.

go Kucinich
Kucinich plays a despicable role for the democrats which is to provide the American "left" with a "radical" presidential candidate. This is a strategy that is nothing new to the Democrats - they attempt to draw in the more "radical" and leftists voters into the Party with candidates like Kucinich, who offers reassurance to those most deeply opposed to the war in Iraq that their views are represented within the Democratic Party.

This is exactly the role Kucinich played in 2004, when he PROMISED his supporters that he would be in the race until the very end and would NEVER tell his supporters to vote for Kerry. What did he end up doing? He did exactly just that - he lied to his supporters and withdrew from the race and TOLD them to vote for Kerry (Kucinich & Howard Dean worked together to convince opponents of the war to vote for Kerry rather than a third-party or independent candidate), which is exactly what he'll do in '08 (he will either endorse Hillary or Obama).
