wash in cold water rinse cold water common knowledge when you are dealing with anything at least 80% cotton. Also it wouldnt hurt to let it air dry.

if in the plastic bag u wanna spray febreeze evry two days to keep the freshness in the cotton. this also helps prevent the moisture that is in the bag to fade the colors.

1. Wash it...
2. Take it out of the washer....
3. Stretch the shirt to a desired length... (will definately work!)
4. Hang on hanger and air dry...
5. Comb and style as usual...

6. If that doesn't work, repeat #'s 1-3 over and if that doesn't work, take it to the cleaners and get it stretched... You cant be that big, they stretch easily when wet...

we ARE talking about the Tech/Strange shirts right? and not the FTI shirts.

Most of my shirts are 2XL or 3XL and the length and width are just fine. Unless you're pushin 400 a 3 or 4X should do you just fine.
