Can yall recommend some songs I could listen to by these two artists cause all the time I see cats on here sayin that they are the shit, but the songs I have heard from them aint exactly classics, ground-breaking, foundation type shit, maybe I must have heard some average shit, post the names of songs which yall think is they best shit so I can go get a bar of them. I wasent a fan of nickatina since recently, i actually couldnt stand him. but he brings some tight flows.
check out the nickatina and Equipto album......especially the songs "Like That" "Fa Sho" and "Jungle" there are some other knockers on that album as well...

I did a show with Dre Dog aka Nickatina back in like 1996-97. He was a cool cat. I aint heard no songs from him except for that one he did to Isley Brothers "Between the Sheets" and the one he has a video for.
As for Cougnut I used to bump the song where he be saying he got locked on by a black pit. Something like that, I dont really remember.
As for takin a shot at muthafuckas, naw, I'm asking a vaild question to folks that are able to give me some direction to this. Dont take it as a personal attack and then start to speak on other shit. Cause what I or DUGOUT does is really no different then what any other rapper (Snoop, Dre, Busta, Dre Dog, RBL, etc.... and label does (Death ROw, Jive, Roca-Fella, Def Jam, etc...) and that is SELL RECORDS TO MAKE A PROFIT. PERIOD.

I dont rep the Bay Rap Game. I do this for all of CALI. Yes, I'm based in Northern Cal tho. If you had read my original post you would see that I have heard songs by these two, but i wasnt diggin them. So I'm asking for folks help to direct me to some songs that I might like. Let me ask you something, is it a crime not to like a certain rappers music?
I'm from Los Angeles originally, then lived in Bakersfield, then off to San Jo. I call EAST SAN JO my homebase, and when I was comin up fools was bumpin some Cougnut. I dont remember if they bumbed Dre Dog. I only heard Skanless from Cougnut, that was tight. That Jealousy song, I wasnt feelin. I rap on the 18 wit a Bullet CD and I just read he is on there rappin, so I will go peep that out.
As far as Dre Dog when we did that show, all I remember is that he had passed out on stage and me and a few homies picked him up and took him backstage.
