I was just reading old post and heard how they are tax free......and I was wondering what that meant. not the tax free shit but where they stand with other gangs in southern cali.............spare me the explaination about down here they dont stress sur and all that crap I know that shit.....I mean I know 18th street, sangre, florencia, white fence, etc. are heavily recruited into the eme. I want to know if they are hated by other southern varrios as outcasts or if they are not viewed as a threat. also what was it that made them decided to leave sur. are they like bulldogs(mutts or frogs) up here. meaning that they once belonged to norte, in marvilla's case sur, but left. cuz I know on the streets mutts dont necessarly funk with enes on sight there might be some hitting or there might be like I aint ene or sur im my own. I know in the streets I have at times just let the situation decide if a confrintation arises, this is not the case if I run into a norteno that I ran with that switched in county. I mean there is no discussion with them we both just go at it. but back to the subject I just wanted to know how they co exist with gangs that have loyalty to sur.

Maravilla is just as hated as any other gang out here. Maravilla bangs on itself too because it has like 10 factions (tho im sure there are more). The only reason they would be any more of a target overall is because the higher power stresses the green light on em. They are not "more" of a threat. They are outcasted in prison though. MV is one of the oldest and largest gangs in East LA & they were big enough to basically do the same shit the BDS did to you in Fresno. Yes they are like bulldogs but once again, not as much a target as the bulldogs are to you respectfully.

thanx for the feedback, but see I was wondering why they seperated or why they are separated from sur. I know that the reason for bds is that nortenos frum fresno did not want to answer to other nortenos frum far away places so they separated by killing some enes frum san jo who were supposed to do a jale with them (this is known by law enforcement by the way). how did marvilla become separated. and also bulldogs or mutts are now on their own in prison they no longer have the protection frum sur. and they basically kick it with nobodys in prison. is that the way that it is for marvilla too.
From what I have heard, they separated because they refused to be taxed because they knew they were old enough and strong enough to thrive without the backing of you know who. The placement of street taxes and all that was really put into effect in the late 80's (i believe) and that was when MV said FUCK THAT.
