Dude is right for the most part. If you're gonna NOT pay, then you have to know your stuff for when the tax-man comes knocking at your door. If you don't know your stuff, they'll roll right over you.
That's why the rich in America don't pay taxes, and the working-class citizens pay majority of the taxes.
