AAC to MP3?

What's the best way to convert an iTunes file to MP3? Anybody know?

burn em to a cd then rip em back off as mp3s

go to preferences under itunes then go to importing and change them to mp3's under import using. Pick the songs you want to change, highlight them and go to convert selection under advanced. You will have the songs twice and u can delete them if you want.
