What would siccness do in this situation. Basically i bought some Microsoft points cheap from some guy thru his website he had up. I ordered them with google checkout. paid for them and a week later i get my money refunded. so today i get this email from them stating:

Our Google Checkout account was closed for unspecified reasons (exact email is copied/pasted at the bottom of this email) and all of our money was refunded to you, our customers.

Of course, we ship our digital items as soon as payment clears and pride in doing such. This means that we're out of a lot of money as well as our products. A small fraction of this was profit (as evident in our great prices and mission) while most of the money was our own investment - in fact, it was practically everything we own(ed). Google has been impossible to reach - they have no customer service line and require a merchant ID to contact through email (the merchant ID is only viewable when your account is open).

Our best guess as to why the account was closed was because we canceled about 40 out of stock orders since we weren't sure when our supplier would receive more items.


You put your trust into us when you first purchased codes from us and that trust was fulfilled. Now our future is in your hands to repay us.

already been paid out to you have been refunded back to your buyer's

Due to your account closure, you will no longer be able to alter or view
any of your account information. In addition, any future accounts which
you open will be closed and your other Google services may also be
affected.


DETAILS
Finally, we understand that you may have further questions regarding what
specific details led to your account closure.

Unfortunately, for security reasons we are unable to provide further
details regarding this issue. We recommend utilizing an alternative
payment method for future orders.

Per Google Checkout's Terms of Service (U.s. Section 2.3), GPC has the
right (i) to change, suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in
part, as necessary to perform maintenance or updates to the Service and
(ii) to impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or
all of the Service without notice and without liability. GPC may decline
to process any Payment Transaction in connection with, among other
reasons, fraud prevention activities, applicable law, or GPC policies.

Seems like they cant do anything but to beg for me to refund them. I dont think they can take me to collections (its only $32) anyways cus they dont have my information other then e-mail address as google wont let them get access to the account. so other then my e-mail which doesnt have my real name attached to it, what do they have to go off?

bottom line would you pay them back or not?

i paid them, they sent me the code thru email, it worked. i dont think they can do shit other then tryin to put guilt on me. dude is some indian, faheim snuka is his name. i dont really want to pay, dont think i will and he probably cant do shit about it.

They really cant do shit.. I owed paypal like -$30 when some guy payed me for some shit and then did a payback or w/e thru ebay and got his money back from my account like 2 weeks later.. Luckily i only had like $20 in my paypal so thats all it took and the rest went negative..

Paypal called me after that, i told them what happened, they told me to pay them.. I never did.. Not shit has happened.

Plus who wants to give ur personal info out to this guy? Who knows if its even him..
