Cadillac is a serious car. Not for people unable to take care of them. However most old caddy's on the road are beat up. Once a dreamcar, only to go into the toilet because people cannot afford to maintain them.

The Cadillac VSR
The Cadillac VSR is a 400 HP V-Series-inspired hot rod concept that
was built for SEMA. Constructed by GM Performance parts and Race Car
Replicas, the Cadillac VSR Hot Rod concept hints at Cadillac styling over a
low slung tube framed hot rod chassis. Beneath the hood is a 6.0-liter V8
engine that produces 400 hp. and it comes with a custom radiator and RCR
custom milled cylinder back engine covers.
The chassis of the impressive hot rod is made of TIG welded monocoque tub
with extruded aluminum superstructure. The interiors have custom digital
instrumentation by Medallion, carbon fiber seat module, rich leather covered
seats and a Chris Jones designed custom console. This is definitely a
stunning hot rod concept.

You speak the truth. It's like you see so many fucked up older ones that when you do actually see one in pristine condition its really a sight to see....Makes you remember what they are "supposed" to look like.

untill I sat in back of one with just 12,000 on the odometer....
That muthafukka was so perfect I felt like all I needed was the fro and the bellbottoms for everything to be right......I got a new respect for it now.
And as far as Chevy being better that Caddilac....that is no comparison.

$5800... Such a fuckin steal. Saw it in the local paper, went over, old ass dude was like, "I've always kept her garaged, but I never drove this car often... Someone offered me $5700, so 58 and it's yours"... I got the cash, came back n drove away.
