How should a lazy chunky mutha fucka like me begin a workout routine? Ive already started eating healthy, but I really want to work off my beer belly and Id like to get some more upper-body strength. I also want to get some stamina back cause as I am right now, one flight of stairs and i feel like im gonna die. How should an out of shape person start out? Keep in mind I havent done any physical training in about 6 years and Im the fattest Ive ever been in my life.

god damn folks, you want me to succumb to a cardiac arrest. Im not sure if I could just jump in like that. I need something to start out with, then taper into much longer strenuous activities as i get into shape. What should a beginner do?

I wouldnt recommend too much running.. it is bad for your knees.. do about 15-20min on the bike everyday before your work out.. when you work out do 12-15 reps each set (not too heavy).. If you go heavy you will bulk up and not cut down too much.. drink lots of water!!!

Like the homie split said start off with the bike for about 15-20 min then hit that stair master for 20-30 min and do sit ups everyday religously (make sure you do about 3-4 sit up exercises and burn them out!). After doing that for 5 days a week 3 weeks straight then start on a weight lifting program! This will get your heart rate and body be a little more prepared before you start to push it into high gear! Drink nothing but water and eliminate carbs and sugar from your diet. The cheapest way to go in to start eating Tuna with no mayo (it's very high on protein).

Thanx for the info homies. When you guys say bike, yall mean a bicycle or an exercise bike? Or does it matter? Also Tone, what do you mean by 3-4 sit up exercises?

either bike is fine.. but if your at the gym then the exercise bike at the gym is the best... just do crunches and sit-ups.(your abs wont show until your at atleast 8% body fat anyway)..and ya, cut out fast food!!!!!
