i'm not sure if this is the right forum for this but...i'm tryin to get a lil label started...what do i have to do to get a name (One Fam Entertainment) copyrighted...and if there any other advice ya'll can give me on startin a label i'd appreciate it...

nope it just protects you from someone using the same name,
you get your bizz lic. from the city that you live in, asfar as running your lable, theres alot of books that you can buy from borders books and barnes & nobles that can get you started,

also have about $10,000.00 set aside for your first project
