Seems like a great guy I would just say you gotta mention the loss of industries, landlords taking advantage of rent control laws, and the dot com boom as additional reasons for the black "eviction" from San Francisco. The difference in housing prices from the early 90's till now is crazy

Good listen. It comes down to property though. Alot of people sold their houses to move to Antioch or some shit cause they can get a big ass house out there for cheap. I know folks who sold there house in the Mission to move to some bum fuck town. Now there like damn I wish we never did that..... Another patna family had a house in Fillmoe. Grandma's house or some shit. Family fought over it. One of his punk ass uncles sold it.
