I'm sure everyone remembers where they were when this happened but how did this immediately effect your day to day lives in your area after this happened. I had a lot of friends on the West Coast saying nothing really changed for them and they couldn't care less about what happened. For me, I was in the Coast Guard and was actually on my way to NY cause I was being stationed there. The whole east coast was crazy, especially NY. Crazy experience being out there.

All these years later, what does 9/11 mean to you? I know there's probably conspiracy theorists out there on this site and I honestly believe the government at least had some part in it.

back in 01 the government did a fine job of convincing myself and other americans to want to fight the terrorists in iraq....but now i realize that 9/11 was a false flag government job all just to get us over there in search of osama, al queda and OIL...i mean WMD's...

all these ideas were illusions created to keep americans unsure and scared so they go along with the governments tyrannical agenda in the name of safety not freedom...slowly giving up rights to feel a little safer until were all in a concentration FEMA camp

Honestly, I'm not even sure I believe the Osama thing. I realized one day at work when I was still in NY how easy that would be to create a guy like that. Every time they showed a bin laden video it seemed like, there was no audio, it was someone speaking in English over his voice or a reporter talking with subtitles on the video. He could've been saying "I love tacos and tiddies brehs" for all we know.

on tv all day long the networks will drag out their 9/11 specials that everybody has seen 64757858 times....expect a 6 hour marathon on history h2 or discovery channel...these specials just glamorize the goverments illegal and unjust war against 2 countries that had absolutely nothing to do with the 9/11 attacks



im convinced the goverment played a part in the attacks...on 9/10 rumsfeld went on tv sayin thet over $2 trillion just vanished from the pentagon....next day the only part of the pentagon hit was the one with all the financial shit...those records most likely contained all the kickbacks that the entire bush/cheney regime received...haliburton has made $40 billion since 9/11 and the bush oil regime made around that much as well




the govt invents all these threats every few months...to keep us in a constant state of fear that the "alleged threat" is gonna attack us at any moment..the obama tyranny regime is failing at its syria war mongering propaganda...the usa-backed syrian "freedom fighters" are plotting to attack isreal and blame it on syria...aint these the same "freedom fighters" that are "bad guys" in other countries...the usa war machine funds both sides of each conflict time and time again

i think building 7 fell 8 hours after the first 2 towers were hit...the 9/11 commission whitewashed testimony from witnesses who were there...the witnesses reported hearing explosions shortly before the planes hit...those statements didnt make it into the 9/11 commissions "official" report because it didnt fit the bush regimes story and timeline for that day

Also found it ironic that the dudes were found trying to place explosives on the George Washington bridge on 9/11 (white if I'm not mistaken), taken into custody, all over the news for a couple days. Then those news media outlets all retracted the story. How convenient.

Still baffled how ANYONE could hit the Pentagon with a plane. Wasn't there some conspiracy theory that there was no plane pieces even found at the Pentagon? No video etc...

I watched it live & direct in the morning... I was getting ready for work & didnt turn on the TV that day, but my mom started blowing up my phone saying we were being attacked & minutes later the 2nd plane hit while i was watching.

I went & woke my roommate up & I called in late to work (actually sent a 2-way text via skytel pager lol ), they were cool with it cause everyone was calling in late or out of the office.

I was glued to the TV ( for weeks after ) for hours that morning & got to the office about noon, came & posted on the siccness, got into it with a few folks ( @2-0-Sixx ) & a few other others cause I was all "hoo-rah! ....lets go bomb us some Iraq & bring em some good ole freedum!... WMD? get er dun!!!, fucking towelheads!!!"

in fact I was arguing with everyone that didnt agree cause I got hyped from the CNN FOX news war propaganda & was completely blind to the fact I was watching that garbage channel zero bullshit.

looking back all these years I realize I was young & dumb & didnt value life as I do today & I didnt think the gub'ment was liars.

fast forward to today & I wish the bush regime could be lined up in line for the firing squad.

yup...within minutes of the missle hitting the financial area of the pentagon fbi agents raided a gas station and seized all its recorded footage...the footage conviently dissappeared that same day...same thing with the black boxes from the planes...they "conviently" vanished the same day if i recall...to this day the white house wont release anything...still claiming "national security" or whatever bullshit stall tactic they can invent

It was totally different being in NY man. Honestly, it was a scary time. I had to stand watch at the front gate of the base, un-armed (which makes not freakin sense at all), and at the off-base housing. Worked crazy long hours. It was cool being there as a serviceman because people were really appreciative of us. NY'ers are usually a-holes to the fullest extent but if we were in uniform, people were usually really good to us. I got pulled over a grip out there in NY and never got a ticket once they found out I was in the service. Being in Manhattan was totally different. I met so many people who's brother died, uncle etc... or they just happened to be running late that day cause their alarm didn't go off and they were running late or they stopped to get donuts or bagels for the office as a good gesture and missed the planes hitting their building because of it. "Terrorist" attack or not, a lot of people lost their lives in NY on some bull****. On a lot of the overpasses on the freeway even out on Long Island, years later, there were home made signs saying RIP to people who lost their lives.

I've seen people saying how a stunt driver in a stunt plane couldn't have hit the Pentagon without at least taking out a light pole or something.

I woke up at 5:00 a.m, turned on the t.v. and seriously thought it was the movie "Die Hard." At first.

I watched and began to catch wind of what was happening when I saw the second airplane fly into the second building. My mom (R.I.P.) was living with me at the time and I went to wake her up. I told her that it seemed we were under attack.

She got up & sat to watch T.V. with me and I remember her quietly saying, "Oh, my God." as the first building began to fall.

I seriously despise remembering. It brings the feeling of sadness & anger at the same time.
