According to what Tech said at his show in Colorado yesterday. So maybe you guys can do the math and figure how many solo's there are sounds to me like its about half and half.

Can't you fucking put this shit in one thread already?

Lemme make a thread about production values, and then I think we've covered everything ONE thread would suffice for, only in specific threads.

Yeah I could, but I am about as perfect of a contributor to this forum as you are at being a mod. My bad.

Look man I was just trying to contribute, sorry I didn't throw this or anything else that I wanted to create a new thread for in the existing thread. Delete or merge or whatever the hell will make you feel better.

Here's a novel idea...

Learn the meaning of the word "definitive", then all of your problems, well, they disappear!

I know the definition, and I don't have very many problems I need to disappear. Despite the fact that I haven't really been able to put my finger on whether you are an asshole or not since the day you became the mod for this forum, I give you the benefit of the doubt because there are a lot of times when I relate to your opinions, and stances. Unfortunately all the time you spent to make your failed joke thread, and your posts here, you could have done the Mod's job and put the info where it belongs.

Some of the shit that you allow to be posted in here doesn't belong but you take the time to give me shit when I am simply just posting threads that I thought would make for good forum discussion. Really if everyone was forced to abide by the rules of the forum and put everything where it belongs, there wouldn't be very many new threads in here at all. Most everything relates to the release of the upcoming album in regards to Tech N9ne news.

I bet he meant 23 tracks total including skits. So maybe like 19 songs and 4 skits.....Tech always has skits on his albums, might be an intro too.

You have to remember that some of those features are (likely) just hooks and such, like we normally have Krizz on every Track for. If an artist has three verses on a track, but then has someone else do the hook (be it someone known like Cee-Lo Green or someone 'unknown' like Tonesha Sanders), I would still consider that a "solo." So like the Deftones, Cee-Lo and Stokley/Mint Condition being on some of the songs doesn't mean they're not "solos"

Indeed.. if theres 10 solos id be happy. Plus a lot of those features we've been waiting on for years, so I cant complain. Who could have guessed we'd still have constant bitching about something... you really cant please people.

i always thought of the definitive thread as a round-up of sorts, where all the info that dpes get posted around gets edited into the single post so people DONT have to sort through 37pages and topics to find new news. so why then would new info keep getting tacked on the end of that thread? makes more sense to me to have individual discussions and threads about certain topics, then the pertaining info get edited into the main post in that thread

maybe its just me though...

L, we get that the Definitive Thread DOES have all the info, what i was getting at was that you and others 'in charge' complain about new posts being made, and keeping the forum active, and tell them to put it in the Definitive thread, and not make new posts.

Wouldnt it make more sense to lock that vital thread, edit the post as needed and allow actual conversations to take place on a message board?

Nobody gives one good fuck about the others opinion until it becomes so stark a contrast to their own that they must seek retribution, so your point kind of falls flat.

What seems to usually happen is new info is posted in the correct thread, then the thread is updated by whomever started the post, in this case Kain, and he's a phenom at keeping up with new info so you scallywags don't get grumpy pants when searching for your desired info at the tail end of a thread.

The point could also be argued that nobody views that initial first post for new info, and actually seeks out info toward the end of said thread because chronologically they process info better.

See how subjective everything is? It's a miracle of science, I tell you!
