WWE spring cleaning is underway, and according to PWInsider.com, the following names have been released from WWE today:

I heard an interview with Charlie Haas and he was saying he was gonna tell Shelton not to renew...they promised them another run as the Worlds greatest tag team and didnt deliver on other shit... so we might see a reunion on the indy circuit.

Everyone else I could care less for cause they werent doing anything with em, but Mickie James is a surprising one.

TNA is probably jerking off to the thought of being able to grab more of WWEs talent.

I know Funaki will retire or go back to japan. Funaki has mad skills but you would never know it from his WWE run.

NoDQ.com > WWE > Possible reasons for Mickie James being released

The release of Mickie James isn't being considered that big of a surprise since WWE hasn't been happy with her for quite some time. Between the company having issues with her weight (the "Piggie James" storyline was allegedly done to send her a message) and her plans to do a country album, the writing seemed to be on the wall.

According to Dave Meltzer, the incident that "broke the camel's back" was when, during the European tour, she arrived late for the bus on more than one occasion, holding up travel.

so out of 6 names pulled from the WWE, not one of em is hornswoggle a midget whos not even a wrestler yet gets more airtime, than all of those except james combined...baffling.
But anyways they obviously dropped the ball on benjamin, and i wouldnt doubt him showin up in TNA where he can really be used so thats good...micke james is actually doing interviews and shit promoting this UPCOMING draft which i think is in her hometown so that was surprising...but all the rest is what probably most of us seen coming..didnt even know funaki was still employed

btw- must suck to know that after a week in europe with fucked up ass hours being delayed, to land back in America with a message that your fired lol

HAVING ALOT OF TALENT IN A WRESTLING PROMOTION IS ONE THING BUT KNOWING HOW TO SHOWCASE THAT TALENT IS ANOTHER... YOU CAN LEAD A HORSE TO WATER BUT CAN'T FORCE IT TO DRINK..

Jimmy Wang Yang wrote on Twitter:

"3 strike and your out i hear florida is a nice place to visit."

According to F4WOnline.com, at least one of the releases from Thursday was related to a Wellness Policy violation.
